Our carefully chosen carers receive enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service checks (previously known as CRB checks) and are provided with uniforms and identification badges for security purposes.All of our care workers are regularly supervised to monitor the quality of their work.
We place a high priority on training to meet our exacting standards and all new workers complete our thorough induction based on the Care Certificate. All care workers are encouraged to obtain NVQ level 2 in care and our Registered Manager is qualified in Leadership and Management for Care Services.
Our Care Co-ordinators, as well as having experience in care, have many years experience in arranging and managing care plans and will be happy to assist you with your service. We pride ourselves in getting the best care for our clients through liaison with other health care professionals such as Community Matrons and Medication Management Teams.
