Office Co-ordinator (AM)
We are seeking to appoint an additional Care Co-ordinator to join our welcoming team based at our office in the heart of Tenterden. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and enjoy working under pressure. The job involves organising care work rotas and providing care as needed. You will primarily be liaising with care workers and elderly clients. The work is varied, providing a balance of office work and ‘hands on’ caring. Experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential. It is more important that you are a positive and personable team member. Salary £16,839 with induction and training provided You will be home and office based, with care work taking you into the community as needed. Hours are:-
Monday to Friday 6.30am – 2.30pm (office based from 9am)
One weekend ‘on call’ every four weeks

The role of a Care Worker is a core job within the company. The job involves being out in the community supporting clients in tarers really appreciate the level of flexibility the job affords.
Prior experience is not essential as we will provide you with all the training you need. We always make sure new Carers do not start until they feel confident. Our experienced Carers will guide you during shadowing opportunities from the moment you join us. If you are already qualified/experienced then we will fast track you through our company induction to get you in post asap.
Our on-going, comprehensive training programme will guarantee you are well equipped to provide top quality care in line with our exacting standards. Rest assured you will feel well supported. You will be joining a welcoming team of Carers who are coordinated via our Tenterden Office. The office team are also exemplary Carers, so every time you call you have a wealth of experience at your disposal.

The role of Standby Care Worker is a core job within the company. The job involves being out in the community supporting clients in their own homes for the majority of the time. It takes a special kind of person for this type of work. You need to be self- motivated, flexible and have a ‘can do’ approach to work. No two days will ever be the same, so if you enjoy variety this is the post for you. You will be part of a strong, experienced and supportive team.
