Stand-by AM Care Worker (Mon-Fri) Guaranteed Hours
The role of Standby Care Worker is a core job within the company. The job involves being out in the community supporting clients in their own homes for the majority of the time.
It takes a special kind of person for this type of work. You need to be self- motivated, flexible and have a ‘can do’ approach to work. No two days will ever be the same, so if you enjoy variety this is the post for you.
You will be part of a strong, experienced and supportive team. Very quickly you will get to know everyone in the office and soon become to feel the important part of the bigger picture that you are!
Care work can sometimes be challenging, but the rewards far outweigh these. Supporting elderly clients to live the life they want is tremendously fulfilling.
We will provide all the training, supervision and guidance you need to do the best job possible.

If you are a caring, reliable and practical person keen to work flexible hours then we have the job for you. We require carers to work weekdays and weekends in all our areas. Night sleep-ins are also avaliable.
